We talk about the cable sulution case of fans in this article that is from my customer who is from Taiwan.


In this case,we choose IP67 Mini M12 4pin female rear panel mount connector +extension cnnector(one side is female,one side is male)+male waterproof connector to fix this connection issue.
Female rear panel connector is used for the junction box,we weld the wire on pins,then attach 10mm heat shrinked tube, the wire terminal processing is tinned 3mm,it is convenient for people to solder it on the PCB board.
If you need other type wire terminal processing,it is ok,we support customized service,there are some common case you can chosen from as the picture shows below:



Of course,if you want other type,all is accepted,we can do what you want,just share us with your thoughts or a simple drawing is greatly appreciated.
and then the end of the fan we select a male connector,then using extension connector(one side is male,the another side is female), the male side to connect with female rear panel mount connector(the junction box) ,the female side of extension connector connect with the end of the fans (male connector),so that the entire circuit is smooth and the perfect solution is formed.

All of the connectors in this case adopts Nylon PA66 material,and contact material is gold plated brass,As we all know that only good raw materials can make high-quality products,with high Durability and stable condustively,to ensure the product long service life,it can avoid a lot of trouble caused by poor quality, such as the need to change frequently, so that customers save a lot of time and cost.

The Operating Rating of the connector is －20℃~±105℃,the waterproof Rate is up to 67,68 under Installation in good condition,the Mechanical life is 3000 mating cycles.
