The ACHUA LD16 is a robust 2-core (2-pin) waterproof circular connector rated at 20A, designed for secure wire-to-wire (inline) connections. Featuring a male plug and female socket with threaded locking and a protective dust cap, it delivers stable current transmission in outdoor, industrial, and wet-location applications. The connector uses a screw-terminal (pressure crimp/clamp) wiring method for fast, tool-friendly field assembly—no soldering required.

1. Slide the blue nut and red rubber gland onto the cable.
2. Strip cable insulation and insert conductors into the terminal block.
3. Secure wires via screw terminals (supports up to 4.0 mm² / AWG 11).
4. Tighten the blue locking nut to compress the rubber gland for waterproof strain relief.
5. Mate male and female ends with threaded coupling; use the attached dust cap when disconnected.

Cable requirement: Outer diameter 6.0–8.5 mm.
